Essential oil , room spray sold at Walmart is found the source of dangerous bacteria which that infected and killed a woman in Georgia few months ago in this year, Post-mertem report cleared Melioidosis was the reason of death .
When the Georgia patient was identified , they tested products which was in patients house and found the bacteria, Genetic testing revealed it was the same bacteria associated with other four infections .
Burkholderiapseudomallei bacteria was found in the spray has linked to four infections in Kanas, Minnesota, Texas and Georgia including two childrens.
Symptoms are cough, vomiting, Nausea , shortness of breath to weakened, intermittent fever, rashes on face and abdomen and it causes neurological conditions .
Walmart has recalled nearly 4,000 bottles of essential oil and room spray and it has been pulled from stores in October also customers who has these bottles at home they should cover it in packet with gloves wearing hand and return it to Walmart store and will be getting a gift card too by Walmart store .
