- There is now a free streaming version of Death on the Nile on HBO Max and Hulu for all users if your mind can handle anything other than Will Smith smacking Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022.
- The 20th Century Fox murder mystery film has just been out in cinemas for a little over a month. It’s uncommon for a movie to be released on two streaming sites at the same time so soon after its premiere, but HBO and Disney struck an agreement that allowed this to happen. Despite the fact that Disney now owns 20th Century Fox, the company is still bound by a 2012 agreement between 20th Century Fox and HBO for a period of ten years. So HBO/HBO Max just decided to share co-exclusive rights with Disney, which expires in 2022. For a movie with a PG-13 rating, Hulu was a better fit than Disney’s family-friendly streaming service, Disney+.
- It’s now now available on Amazon and other digital platforms like iTunes for $19.99 as of March 29, 2014. In 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD, the film will be available for purchase on April 5.
- All of which means: Following his Oscar-winning performance in the coming-of-age drama Belfast on Sunday night, you can see Kenneth Branagh take on the role of the world-famous private investigator Hercule Poirot in this suspense thriller based on Agatha Christie’s 1937 book of the same name. This is Branagh’s second outing in the series after 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express. He also directed this picture. Tom Bateman, the actor who portrays his on-screen colleague Bouc, is returning as well..
- As for other projects, there’s the new “murder mystery” starring Annette Bening, Russell Brand Ali Fazal, Dawn French Gal Gadot Armie Hammer Rose Leslie, Emma Mackey and Sophie Okonedo as well as Jennifer Saunders, Jennifer Saunders and Letitia Wright. It’s a cruise ship, and the victim is a rich heiress who was murdered and had her precious jewellery stolen. Clearly, someone aboard the ship is to blame… but who?
- Streaming Death on the Nile on Hulu or HBO Max will provide the answer.
