1) Change pillow :-
You should use pillows that give comfort to the neck and back. Your pillow can be the cause of shoulder and back pain. The pillow you are sleeping on may be the cause of your pain. Many times the material inside the pillow gets torn, then the shape of the pillow deteriorates, which is the biggest reason for back pain, choose your pillow according to your sleeping position.
2) Keep a roll of towels below the waist :-
If there is pain in the back while sleeping, then make a roll of towel and put it under the back and then sleep. By applying a towel, you will get relief from pain as well as you will get good sleep.
3) Put a pillow between the knees :-
By sleeping with a pillow between both the knees, you will get relief from pain and sleep will also come comfortably. The pillow between the knees will help keep your spine and hips in a better position.
4) Do the exercise :-
If you are troubled by constant back and shoulder pain, then first of all change your lifestyle and make a habit of stretching and exercising. If you have more back pain, you can do stretching like Cobra Pose, Cao Pose, Child Pose. Apart from this, definitely include walking, jogging in your life. This exercise will remove the stiffness of the muscles and soon you will also get relief.
