Ohio Jurry Says Walmart, Walgreens and CVS are responsible for role in Opioid Crisis

Cleveland- A Federal Jury said Tuesday in their verdict that could set the tone for U.S City and County Governments that to hold Pharmacies accountable for their roles in Opioid Crisis due to recklessly distribution of massive amount of pain pills in 2 Ohio counties by Walmart, Walgreens and CVS.

Attorney of Lake and  Trumbull Countries blamed hundreds of overdose deaths because of not stopping the flood of pills by three pharamacies and cost of each of the two countries about $ 1 billion .

Federal Judge will decide in Spring session about the total cost of damages by Pharmacies .

In past two decades half million Americans has killed in drug crisis and it first time when Pharmacy companies defend themselves and completed a Trial .

Pharmacy Chain Attorney sia doctors who are suppose to control how many pills should be prescribed for legitimate medical needs and our policies to stem flow pills when their pharmacists had concerns and would notify authorities about any suspicious orders from doctors .

Walmart, Walgreens and CVS said to appeal further for the same .
