If you feel pain, strain or stiffness in the muscles while doing any work or workout, then do these measures:-
• Rest – whatever work you are doing, stop it and rest for a while.
• Ice pack – Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day on the place where there is pain, this will not only give relief in pain, but will also reduce swelling.
• Pain reliever – Using a pain reliever not only provides relief in pain, but inflammation is also reduced.
• Hot pack – If the muscle pain and strain lasts more than three days, then compress the affected area with a hot water bag.
• Stretching – If there is pain in the whole body, then do stretching, it will give relief.
• Massage – To massage the affected area. It gives relief in pain. Body massage relaxes the muscles of the whole body.
• Hot shower – Bathing with warm water increases blood circulation and provides relief in pain. If there is stiffness along with pain, then add 2 to 4 tablespoons of baking soda in hot water, take a bath with this water.
You will get relief from the muscles pain.
