Body posture issues during Work from home :-

During the lockdown period when whole country was facing hike in covid cases, the offices were closed for controlling the situation and adviced to do respective work from home. The cases definitely got controlled but during that people forgot to maintain their postures while working leading to many postural issues.

Here are some steps which can help you to get rid of postural issues :-

1) Always sit with the waist straight and shoulders back, avoid bending over. If your power is bad, if you sit leaning forward, then your spine will twist and the alignment of the spine will deteriorate. While sitting in front of the computer, our back should be straight, especially the spine, the computer screen should be 15 degrees below the eyes. There should be a distance of about 2 feet between the screen and the eyes, the weight of the body should be equal on both the hips.

2) Change your position every 30 minutes. If you are sitting on a chair, then spread both the legs on the floor. Avoid excessive use of gadgets. Avoid using gadgets after your office work.

3) Constantly staring at the screen leads to problems like red eyes, itching and flaky appearance. Nerves can be damaged due to use of computer or laptop for a long time.

4) The internal clock gets disturbed due to excessive use of gadgets, which leads to the problem of insomnia, so spend time with family or pursue other hobbies like cooking, painting etc.
