During work from home, many people are not even using the table chair to work, they are working comfortably on the bed, sofa and mattress. They neither take care of their body posture, nor of time. In such a situation, they are unknowingly inviting health problems.
▪️The increasing health problems :-
👉The work from home culture has flourished due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to lack of professional setup in homes, it is very difficult to take care of correct posture and other things, which is causing many problems related to neck, back and legs. Decreased physical activity and increased use of gadgets have a direct effect on health.
1) Cervical pain :- Due to work from home, neck pain problem in professional people is increasing continuously. There is lack of right body posture for consecutive hours, leading to stretch of neck muscles.
The main reason for this is to work leaning on the computer. If not taken care of in time, then cervical pain spreads from neck to other parts of the body as well.
2) Lower Back Pain :- Apart from the spine, the structure of the waist includes cartilage (disc), joints, muscles, ligaments etc are there. In this, there can be back pain due to any disorder in it, working continuously on the computer in the same position, attending many virtual meetings one after the other, not following the regular routine is causing back pain.
3) Digestive system problems :- The increasing level of stress and excitement is affecting the digestive system negatively. The digestive system is not working at full capacity even due to decreased physical activity, which is why during this time, problems like indigestion, flatulence and acidity have increased.
4) Problems related to feet :- People are working by folding their legs while sitting on the bed, sofa or mattress, due to which they are facing many problems related to the feet.
5) Virtual Fatigue :- This epidemic of circular bursting has changed our lives. People are spending more and more time with gadgets, in such a situation, cases of virtual fatigue are increasing in people.
