Those who are obese, has a drinking habit, is diabetic, has undergone surgery or blood transfusion some time ago, has a family history. In these, there is a high risk of getting chronic diseases like jaundice, fatty liver, cirrhosis and liver cancer.

If breakfast is heavy, lunch and dinner should be light. Dinner should be done 3 hours before sleeping at night, but usually the reverse pattern is followed (ie breakfast is light and dinner heavy), which leads to weak liver and many diseases.
- Improve Your Lifestyle :-
Adopting a healthy lifestyle is essential to keep the liver healthy for a long time. It is important to follow a healthy routine. As a rule, sleep by 10 o’clock in the night, get up early in the morning. Eat food on time and do daily work. Take at least 6-7 hours of deep sleep every day.
- Exercise :-
Doing aerobic exercise is beneficial for both the liver and the heart. In these exercises like treadmill, brisk walk, early morning running can be done.
