Drink plenty of water – Drink two and a half to three litres of water throughout the day. This will reduce the amount of toxins in the body and the amount of lymph will increase, due to which there will be easy movement of white blood cells and nutrients in the body.

Get enough sleep – Fatigue is common in pregnancy, so good sleep is also necessary to give rest to the body. The worst effect of poor sleep is on the immune system itself.

Daily Dose of Laughter – Laughter increases pulse and blood pressure and makes breathing faster, allowing more oxygen to the body’s tissues. This strengthens the immune system.
