Get enough sleep – Fatigue is common in pregnancy, so good sleep is also necessary to give rest to the body. The worst effect of poor sleep is on the immune system itself.

Daily Dose of Laughter – Laughter increases pulse and blood pressure and makes breathing faster, allowing more oxygen to the body’s tissues. This strengthens the immune system.
