Prince Raj is LJP MP form Samastipur and cousin of Chirag Paswan. His troubles has increased as Delhi Police has registered an FIR against him for rape after the order of the court.Police has given this information. Actually, 3 months ago a victim had lodged a complaint (who was an LJP worker) at Connaught Place Police Station in Delhi. Now after the order of the court, an FIR has been lodged against LJP MP Prince Raj from Samastipur on 9 September. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered under sections of the offense of rape, criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence. Police said that the name of Prince’s cousin and Jamui MP Chirag Paswan has also been registered in the FIR. Police said that the victim has alleged that Chirag pressurized her not to file a complaint with the police and at the same time, Chirag is also alleged to have conspired to delay the action against his cousin Prince.
The victim had alleged that she was harassed in an unconscious state. Not only this, an FIR has been lodged on behalf of Prince Raj, a complaint of “extortion and blackmail” with Delhi Police on February 10 in this matter, who has accused him of rape. In this, he had spoken of making false allegations against the victim and it has been mentioned that this all has been done to tarnish his image under the political conspiracy. According to the complaint, the alleged incident of rape took place in 2020. Police said that investigation is going on till now.
