⚫The Six-M are:-

2) The second M is “medicine”, ie telemedicine is being provided by the Department of Health by providing the necessary medicines according to the symptoms from the facility.

3) The third M is “meal”, ie to take care of better food. High protein and minerals are essential in food.

Corona virus infection makes the patient very weak. Therefore, it is important for the patient to take foods rich in zinc and iron along with high protein, vitamins and minerals. Also keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and seasonal fruits along with milk and high calorie food items and keep away from oily and spicy food items. Avoid eating outside food, street food and eat only fresh food prepared at home.

4) The fourth M is “Mindset”, ie to think positive and not be nervous. Being nervous, the adrenaline hormone is released and it worsens the health status. 5) The fifth M is movement, ie, if the oxygen level is low, you have to go to the hospital or contact doctors immediately.

6) The sixth M is “monitoring”, ie, during this time, keep monitoring your body temperature, blood pressure and oxygen level regularly.
