Navratri Fasting – Healthy snacks you should have

Navratri has already begun from yesterday and there will be many people who will fast for whole 9 days. And there are even many people who will be eating food at one time, but do not want to compromise on their test for this. There is no need for such people to compromise with their test anymore. They just need to keep in mind their calorie diet, for which they can include the tasty snacks mentioned here in their munching diet and get health, stay fit along with test. Apart from being a low calorie food, they are also tasty and healthy:

▪️Frozen Grapes: You can take a cup and fill it or 25-30 grapes (of any colour, either black Or green) in a cup / glass and keep them in the freezer for at least two hours and then eat them.

▪️Orange: Peel the pieces of orange and sprinkle a pinch of roasted cumin powder and black salt on it and then eat. Its juicy test will refresh your mood.

▪️Banana chips: Cut a banana and apply lemon juice over it and eat it after heating it slightly on a hot tawa or fire. It increases appetite and food is easily digested.

▪️Roasted Sweet Potato: Take a small sweet potato and apply olive oil to it. Bake it on a hot griddle for a minute. It contains very few calories, which is very beneficial for health.

▪️Cucumber-Beetroot Salad : Wash cucumber and beetroot and cut it into thin pieces. Sprinkle rock salt and round chili powder on them and then eat.

▪️Carrot-Raisin Salad: Take a cup carrot pieces and add two table spoon raisins to it. Add a little honey on top and then enjoy the taste.

▪️Grilled Pineapple: Cut pineapple into pieces and keep it on a hot griddle and fry for a while. Add rock salt to it and eat.
