Recently 60 students have tested positive in Sri Chaitnya Girls Residential School In Bangalore. Only two students were symptomatic. One had high fever and was admitted to the hospital and other was under home quarantine.

A student had initially developed vomiting and diarrhoea and tested for Covid. The rest of the students and staff were tested too. Out of 480 students, 60 tested positive and all are under isolation.

The school had resumed the offline teaching mode for the senior students from 5th September with fully vaccinated staff and 480 students. The school has been shut till 5th October.

Just two days back, 32students of a private educational institute in Thanamandi area of

Rajouri( Jammu and Kashmir ) had tested positive . All of them are under home isolation.

The above said incidences bring a very important question to our notice. Is it safe to open the schools for our children yet ?
